Turkey Trot | Nov. 20th

Pre- Diabetes Care | Dec. 4th

Pre-diabetes is when you have a higher-than-normal blood sugar, and it can lead to type 2 diabetes. Please join Dr. James Oberwetter to discuss Pre-diabetes and learn about risk factors and prevention. Healthy lifestyle choices can help you prevent pre-diabetes and its progression to type 2 diabetes — even if diabetes runs in your family. 

Diabetes Care | Dec. 5th

Please join Dr. Dr.Kaveeta Marwaha to discuss Diabetes Care. Successfully managing diabetes requires constant decision-making because many factors impact a person’s blood sugar levels. Things such as when, what, and how much to eat, remembering to take medications and monitor blood sugars, and then what to do with the blood sugar results. 

Yoga | Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays

  • Monday: In-Person Functional Yoga Class at RLP | 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
  • Wednesday: Virtual Foundational Vinyasa Yoga | 12 pm to 1 pm
  • Friday: Virtual Vinyasa Yoga | 12 pm to 1 pm
