Foundations of Financial Wellness Presented by Voya | October 1
Financial Wellness is about the healthy balance between living for today while preparing financially for tomorrow. It’s not necessarily about being wealthy, but it is a state of mental well-being in which one feels they have control over their current finances and have confidence in their financial decisions. Through the Seasons: A year of Yoga Meditation and Sound | October 8th
In the Fall Semester, the pace and intensity a busy academic semester does as well. To meet the stresses that can keep us ungrounded, we will focus on connecting to where the earth supports us and building our foundation in order to rise and meet challenges on or off the mat.
The session will include gentle hatha yoga (appropriate for all levels and ability), breathwork, mantra, and meditation. It will be 60 minutes and IN PERSON with Employee Assistance Program counselor and hatha yoga teacher Jamie Justus LCSW-S (she/her).

Mammogram Mixers @ UT Health | October 8th
UT Health Austin Imaging offers the latest 3D mammography technology for screening mammography for clearer images and more accurate results. Patients aged 40 and over may schedule their mammogram for any open appointment throughout the year, but if you want to participate in the University-wide Mammo Mixer, schedule your mammogram during our special UT Health Austin Mammo Mixer and receive a special thank you.

This 75-minute IN PERSON mindfulness workshop includes a gentle hatha yoga practice appropriate for all levels and ability, breathwork, journaling, and guided visualization. We practice intentional silence during this session to enjoy the stress reducing benefits that pausing and reflecting can bring to our body and being.
