HealthPoint is offering FREE online wellness courses. The courses will offer tools to combat stress while providing motivation and inspiration sure to keep us all physically and mentally fit.

Stretch and Twist Flow Yoga - 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Zumba in English - 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM 

 Tuesday 

Zumba in Spanish - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Yoga Flow for Building Strength 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

 Wednesday

Yoga for Mobility - 11:30 AM- 12:30 PM

Zumba in English - 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM 

 Thursday

Yoga with Pilates Fusion - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Yoga in Spanish - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

 Friday 

Yoga for Core and Challenge - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
