11/16 | Quarantine Care | Do you find yourself struggling to maintain healthy habits during the pandemic?  Have you struggled with proper eating, exercising, and sleeping?  If so, we are here to help! The Quarantine Care class will help guide you on ways to manage your health and wellness during the pandemic. Topics covered include stress and anxiety management, nutrition, physical activity, and sleep routine recommendations.

12/7 & 12/14 | Sleep FIT | The course provides 2 live classes covering everything that is sleep-related, including recommendations for improving sleep hygiene.  We also provide a virtual Q&A session where you can discuss the content of the class and ask questions more specific to your sleep concerns.  Classes and Q&A sessions are led by FIT Institute's Registered Dietitian and behavioral health specialist: Dr. Brittany Crim, and our yoga professor, Zoe Mantarakis.
