There are services and programs to help you with both mental and physical health. HealthPoint Wellness remains fully operational remotely, with the exception of our Points of Health Mini Gym which is currently closed. Please check out available resources you can use below:
HealthPoint Fitness Classes: We are offering virtual fitness classes through Zoom with our yoga instructor, Callie Ogden, every weekday from 12:00-1:00 PM.

- MDLIVE: Virtual medical and behavioral health visits available 24/7 at no cost to UTSELECT members. Visits with a board-certified MDLIVE doctor or licensed therapist can be made via online video, mobile app or phone. Register online or call 1-888-676-4204.
- Hinge Health: Hinge Health is a coach-led digital program for those suffering from chronic back, knee, hip or shoulder pain.
- Omada: The Omada program provides tools and support to help you create healthy habits that stick. It's an approach shown to reduce risk factors for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
- Livongo: Manage your diabetes and/or hypertension digitally with the support of a certified coach and many other resources.
